As our flagship boutique grows, we are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Store Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Your responsibilities
- Overseeing the boutique's day-to-day operations
- Leading, training and motivating the sales team
- Providing exceptional, personalised customer service
- Managing inventory, stock levels and product displays
- Keeping the store looking beautiful at all times
- Monitoring sales performance and meeting monthly targets
- Resolving customer issues professionally and effectively
- Working with head office on new collections and promotions
What we're looking for
- Experience as a store manager in retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for jewellery, fashion and premium products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Commercial skills with a focus on sales results
